Just Lawyers LLP is a distinct and separate legal entity incorporated in April 2006 pursuant to the Limited Liability Partnerships Act of 2000 and rather like a Limited Liability Company these are registered at UK Companies House ; it is currently owned managed and run by a number of partners also variously called ‘members’. Just Lawyers LLP have been recognised by the Law Society of England & Wales.

Registrations

The Law Society have awarded us Registration Number 443847  – see their own Web Site at www.lawsociety.org.uk  ( Check us under “Find a Solicitor” ) key in ‘just lawyers’ . Our registration at Companies House is under Number OC319367 Search for us there under "Web Check".

We are registered as an Exempt Professional Firm under the Financial Services Act check this at www.fsa.org but be sure to search in the section for Exempt Professionals rather than in the main database !

We are also registered for Data Protection purposes with the Information Commissioner pursuant to the Data Protection Act  1998

Since July 1st 2007 we have been and continue to be regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
